Customer's Fault Description
We have Mertik Maxitrol controller (G6R-H4T16) that has stopped working. Putting a new battery in it didn’t help and now the black cable has separated. The fire is a DRU Global 55.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was dead due to faulty battery cable and a faulty voltage regulator.  Both were replaced which restored full functionality.
