Customers Fault Description : Tried to use mover but remote dead changed battery but still dead

This E move caravan mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover.
On testing the remote was dead. This was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
