Customers Fault Description : Remote on off button does not light up or turn on. Unable to operate
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not respond to its twin power button press.
This was due to corrosion spots in the print from a battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
