Denon Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Denon

Customers Fault Description : no longer transmitting to receiver, originally fount to be function switch and was sent to another engineer for repair. Engineer botched replacing selector switches so will need them replacing. Will include spare selector switches with remote.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection there was damage to the print traces around one of the select switches caused by an attempted replacement of the switch.

The remote was tran smitting but obviously could nopt select the different device options.

The traces were reworked and both switches replaced.  This restored full functionality. The code was confirmed to change for the buttons when each different switch option was selected.
