Customer's Fault Description
Fire remote not working at all. In the last days of operability, the off/ on switch was fragile.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed dead. This was due to a fault whereby components fall off the board after being dropped. These components were replaced which restored full functionality.
The other remote that arrived with it was found to have button response but not transmit a signal as expected, it may be that this control needs pairing with the TV again. Failing that replacements can be found online for between £6 for a copy or £26 for an original brand new remote but please try to pair this one first as its is most likely that (no charge on this remote)
