Customer's Fault Description
infrared RC gives a red light, but receiver doesnt react. battery compartment has corrosion damage.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire controller and receiver arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.

The battery block in the receiver was found to be very badly corroded fro a battery leak, this had destroyed some of the terminals.  The battery block was replaced which restored full functionality.
