DUNGS Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The ON/OFF and UP and Down button don't work

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fireplace remote control arrived safely from Belgium and on testing was found to have sluggish / non responsive buttons.

This was due to worn contacts, replacement conductive button contacts were fitted which restored full functionality.

The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage (£32 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
