Button on r/h side marked PROG +- will not take the programme down, OK when going up though
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Sony remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have some faulty / sluggish buttons.

On opening this was found to be due to a large mass of contamination over the effected button pads and contacts (see image).

The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminant and full functionality was restored.
