Dimplex Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dimplex

Customers Fault Description : Does not seem to work other than to turn On/Off

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dimplex remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be  dead.

This was found to be due to bad solder joints around the IC caused by the PCB flexing.  The IC was soldered firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
