Customer's Fault Description
Some buttons work OK (input selection CD DVD DTV/CBL), some are intermittent (volume control) and others don't work at all (standby,AMP, Menu).
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Yamaha remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various sluggish / non responsive buttons.

This was due to worn conductive pads.  Replacement conductive pads were fitted n the effected buttons which restored full functionality.

Please note that the TV function buttons are not programmed and therefore will not produce a response / signal.
