I can't get the receiver to respond to the remote control
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This heater remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver was missing its battery cover and the battery block had signs of a battery leak.

The remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation but the receiver was found to be dead.

The battery block was replaced and a break in the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
