Press on,then set,no “click” heard,then,press up button flame displayed but fire doesn’t work I can switch the fire on manually .Batteries have been changed in both the remote and the fire Fire was purchased in 2006 Riva67 inset convector Fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Heater control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.  The control was tested at random times over a 2 day period but no issue could be replicated.  It is possible that the problem is with he receiver itself.
