Customer's Fault Description
1) The Xpelair Digitemp remote worked intermittently and sometimes turns on with all LCD panel showing, but doesn't function<br />
2) The Eclipse Powershade doesn't appear to do anything anymore :-(
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This air con remote arrived safely with another control and on testing the other remote was found to be transmitting as per normal operation, this has been class as no fault found.
The Xpelair remote was found to not be transmitting. This was due to a faulty IR led. This was replaced which restored full functionality.
