RCS-01C Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Not working, battery lose, spring missing.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This heater control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have missing battery terminals. This was due to internal broken battery housing. This was repaired and a replacement terminal fitted. When tested the button response was poor. This was due to worn contacts on the buttons. Replacement button caps were fitted which restored full functionality.
