Master Volume buttons not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Kenwood remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning Volume buttons.

When opened the issue was found to be due to contamination over the button pads and PCB near the volume area (see image)

The contamination was all cleaned up which restored full functionality.
