All buttons on remote control are very unresponsive, functions don't work unless held down very hard and pointed at the amplifier for several seconds, do you think you could take a look at it?

Remote is around 14 years old so highly probable some components are worn.

I can see you fixed the same remote with the same issue previously, so hoping you can do this for us.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This R620 AV Receiver / Amplifier remote arrived safely and on testing various buttons were confirmed to have sluggish response.
When opened there was a large mass of contamination over much of the button array, this was cleaned off which restored most buttons but the channel up and power buttons were still bad, replacement conductive caps were glued into place which restored full functionality.
