FOCAL POINT EVOKE Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : REMOTE CONTROL NOT CHANGING THE FLAME SELECTION

This Focalpoint remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead on all buttons.

When opened this was found to be due to a badly mangled battery terminal (see image), the terminal was reseated and reinforced with solder to prevent future issues.  A replacement battery was also supplied.
