Customer's Fault Description
I have a faulty Remote that is not responding and intermittently turning on/off and replaceed battery there is a loose wire on the battery contact also model is the g6r-h4t5-ga.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a faulty battery cable. This was replaced but the remote had an erroneous battery level indicator, this was due to a faulty regulator. The regulator was replaced which restored full functionality.
