Horman Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Horman
Customers Fault Description : Only the Top buttons on both remotes operate the door. With the smaller one, I suspect the switch. Can the other switches be used?
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two controls arrived safely and on inspection the larger remote was missing its button caps.
On testing both remotes had issues with the up buttons, these buttons were replaced which restored full functionality, also replacement button caps were fitted.
