Customer's Fault Description
Not working, sometimes comes on but not for long. Also, battery clip (9V) detached
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was confirmed to be broken. A replacement battery cable was fitted but when powered the display was showing irregular characters. A closer inspection revlealed that one side of the displays side conductive clamps was shattered. Sadly a replacement display is not available as a spare meaning a repair is not possible.
A quick google search has revealed a replacement remote available which is reported to work with the G6R-R4A receiver (please check your receivers model number and check with the seller for more details) - This can be found here!
