Mertik Maxitrol Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : neon on remote lights when pressed but receiver does not respond

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to not be transmitting on either channel.

This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset.  This was replaced which restored full functionality.
