Customer's Fault Description
DROPPED REMOTE ONTO HARD FLOOR AND AS A RESULT REMOTE STOPPED WORKING. REMOTE RED LIGHT STILL SHOWS WHEN PRESSING THE BUTTONS BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. THE SIGNAL IS NOT TRANSMITTED TO RECEVER IN FIRE.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Magiglo remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to transmit on either the up or down channel.  This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
