Customer's Fault Description
The remote is really flimsy (this is a replacement) and the buttons depress through the frame of the remote. At the moment, the light works but the extractor on and off and + and - are hit and miss. Not sure if this is one you could repair? Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This extractor fan for cooker hood remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a misaligned PCB meaning that the buttons were not being activated all the time.
The item was opened and the PCB glues firmly into place which restored full functionality.
