Customer's Fault Description
The close button (to close the chair from the reclining position) only works intermittantly and only works if pressed extra hard. Sometimes the button does not work at all and I have to leave the chair in the reclined and come back to the remote later to try to close it again! Very much hoping you can fix the remote as impossible to get a replacement.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the two topmost buttons were found to be badly worn. The conductive caps were cut off and replaced with new caps restring full conductivity to the button array.
