Customer's Fault Description
Remote now not functioning. Looks like controls get stuck and then drain battery. Previously buttons were sticky and operated intermittently
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Conservatory Vent, light fan remote control arrived safely and on inspection the button facia had the usual signs of wear.
On testing the control it was found to be sending a signal on each button press as per normal operation (see testing video).
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
