Not working. Have changed the batteries.

This plinth heater controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On inspection is was concluded that the issue was with the main IC which sadly is encased in resin making a replacement not possible.
We do have clones available that will function the same as the original. The payment on this page instead of for a repair is for the supply of a clone remote.
