Customer's Fault Description
Once used, it takes several attempts to get the power buttons to work. This has progressively got worse over the last few times of using. Once engaged other buttons seem to work fine.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be suffering from the common issue whereby the contacts on the power buttons wear down from use. Replacement conductive button caps were fitted which restored full functionality.
