Customer's Fault Description
The wires have become detached from the connecting pad plus even before this happened the buttons weren't working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a faulty battery cable, this was replaced and then it was found that the buttons were also at fault. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
