Customers Fault Description : The wires have become detached from the connecting pad plus even before this happened the buttons weren't working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a faulty battery cable, this was replaced and then it was found that the buttons were also at fault.  All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
