Customer's Fault Description
The black lead that attaches to the battery has broken off / before this the charger was flashing as low battery
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gazco remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was found to be damaged.  A replacement cable was fitted and when tested it was found that the battery indicator was showing a bad battery when using a fully charged source.

The 7133 regulator was replaced which then restored full functionality.
