Valor Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Valor
Customers Fault Description : Have replaced batteries and all buttons on remote are still not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Valor electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
When opened the dead issue was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored functionality. Another issue was the button response was poor due to contaminated button contacts. These were all cleaned up which restored full responsiveness.
