Customer's Fault Description
Sadly the remote was put through the washing machine, inside a trouser pocket. That was around 3 years ago and it hasn't worked since. It would however now be quite useful to have this working again if possible.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This door controller arrived safely and on testing the two middle buttons were non responsive.
This was due to corrosion on the button contacts (see image), the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
