Triton Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Triton
Customers Fault Description : Buttons do not work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Triton remote arrived safely and on inspection the facia was disconnected and when tested was found to be dead.
This was due to breaks in the print due to water contamination. The print was reworked and replacement button caps were fitted then the facia refitted. This restored full functionality.
Please note that this control is no waterproof and care must be taken to prevent future damage.
