Dimplex Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dimplex
Customers Fault Description : Dog chewed it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dimplex controller arrived safely and on inspection the case and facia confirmed that it was badly chewed.
On opening the PCB was found to be broken through in various parts. Sadly due to the amount of damage a repair is not possible but a clone is available.
The clone we have will do all of the functions of the original but does look different, please see the image below for a representation of the clone next to an original.
This clone is priced at £20 plus postage (same as what a repair would cost). A clone was supplied to the customer.
