Customer's Fault Description
Stopped working. Red light doesn't illuminate. Only the Red & Green buttons are used. Left Green to start left roller, Right Green for right roller and Red to stop.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its battery cover.
On testing the controls was found to be dead.
When opened this was found to be due to a missing oscillator and faulty LED, both were replaced which restored full functionality.
