Customer's Fault Description
Batteries changed. Remote partially. Turns fire up but not down.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the handset was found to be at fault, it would only transmit on the up channel.
The problem was due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the handset, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
