Customer's Fault Description
1. Powrtouch white - not powering up<br />
2. Powrtouch evo - not powering up<br />
3. Powrtouch evo - not syncing (checked on few pcb's)<br />
4. Powrtouch evo - powers up and syncs ok, but won't work (red lights) - checked with few pcbs.<br />
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These motor move controllers arrived safely and on testing 2 were found to be transmitting as per normal operation (these were classed as no-fault found and have no charges incurred, both were confirmed to be transmitting at the 868 MHZ frequency, see testing video)
The two remotes that were classed as dead were both repaired the power touch control had a faulty switching diode caused by a battery leak, the battery cable was also replaced.
The blue dead powrtouch control was found to have worn power button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued into place which restored full functionality.
