Remote not working. Red light comes on but can't turn fire òn, up or down with remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was illuminating but not transmitting.

This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
