Customer's Fault Description
Worked perfectly until dropped and the battery came loose. Since then the light on the front flashes on, when the buttons are pressed, but it has no effect on the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Portway remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.  The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
