Customer's Fault Description
Remote buttons are not functioning properly - they are slow to respond
Have put new batteries in but this hasn't helped.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This HDD remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have various non responsive / sluggish buttons.
On opening this was found to be due to a large amount of liquid contamination (see image). The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants which restored full functionality.
