This Quad controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting but the code set was erratic.  This was found to be due to a faulty 432 oscillator, this was replaced which then restored a solid code signal on every button.

Please note that the LED on this item is infra red and is not visible to the naked eye, therefore you will not see a light from the remote as it is invisible light.
