Canton DM75 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Canton
Model : DM75
Customers Fault Description : Initially could turn on the soundbar but the volume button wouldn't connect. Now can't actually turn on the soundbar. Battery has been checked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This soundbar controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.
This was found to be due to a broken pin on the oscillator. The oscillator was replaced which restored full functionality.
