Customer's Fault Description
Initially could turn on the soundbar but the volume button wouldn't connect. Now can't actually turn on the soundbar. Battery has been checked.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This soundbar controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.

This was found to be due to a broken pin on the oscillator.  The oscillator was replaced which restored full functionality.
