Customer's Fault Description
Not receiving signal from remote therefore not controlling fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on teting the remote was found not to be transmitting. On opening the handset there was a large amount of corrosion / contamination over one of the main ICs and also the bottom button, a replacement PCB was fitted in the handset which restored full functionality.
No fault could be found with the receiver.
