Customer's Fault Description
Remote Control Down Button works OK Turn up Button and side button does not turn fire up and no red lights are seen.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote itself was confirmed not to respond from its two button press for the up channel.

This was found to be due to a faulty button (the bottom left one), this was replaced which restored full functionality. 

No fault could be found with the receiver.
