Customer's Fault Description
Up button does not work, down button does work. Receiver OK as I have another remote from a different fire which works with the receiver.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation.  When the bottom left and top button is pressed together then the up channel is activated.  The up button will not work unless the bottom left (safety) button is pressed at the same time.  This is normal operation so not to accidentally turn the fire on.

This customer then sent over the reviver, when tested the receiver was confirmed not to respond from the remotes up channel but our test receiver still functioned as normal.  The customers receiver was then tested with our stock remote and was found to function as normal.  The crystals were replaced in the remote itself and this was found to be the issue, it seems that they were borderline out of frequency.  Full functionality was restored
