the right button is not working with the cable box. the left button is raising the chair up with no problems.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This chair controller arrived safely and on inspection the button pads were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were fitted and the cable cut back by a couple of inches to bypass any break in the cable.
