Lights up intermittently but doesn’t operate the fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was held in play by tape (this battery cover cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares)

On testing the buttons were found to be sluggish / non responsive.

All buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
