Customer's Fault Description
Intermittent issue with not being able to turn fire off. When this happens none of the remote functions work I.e. ability to change flame height/heat. Also shows low battery even when new battery is put into remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have erratic functions and also a erroneous battery level indicator.  This was all due to a faulty 7133 regulator.  This was replaced which restored full funcitonality.
