Remote does not function - there is a constant “low battery” symbol even after changing the batteries in both the remote and the fire itself multiple times.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on testing was conformed to have a erroneous battery level indicator.  This was caused by the usual problem of a faulty 7133 regulator, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
