Customer's Fault Description
button 3 no longer clicks
i have cleaned and replaced the battery but i can see the buttons all click except the third one, which is the button to close the shutter.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Shutter door controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a non responding button (confirmed as the 3rd one down). This was due to 2 problems, the first issue was that the button dome had collapsed, the button strip was replaced and then it was found that there was an open circuit from a corrosion spot. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
Replacement Duracell batteries has also been supplied.
