Customer's Fault Description
It start that one of the four buttons didn't function, now there is no visible power (changed battery) to any of the buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish / non responsive buttons.  All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality. A replacement Duracell battery has also been provided.
