Hormann HSM4-40 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : It start that one of the four buttons didn't function, now there is no visible power (changed battery) to any of the buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggish / non responsive buttons. All four buttons were replaced which restored full functionality. A replacement Duracell battery has also been provided.
